1-1-3-18.5, the commission may renew or transfer ownership of a beer dealer's permit for a beer dealer who:(1) held a permit before July 1, 2008; and(2) has a premises that does not qualify for a permit as a grocery store under IC 7.1-1-3-18.5.(b) The commission may transfer ownership of a beer dealer's permit under this section only to an applicant who is the proprietor of:(1) a drug store;(2) a grocery store; or(3) a package liquor store.As added by P.L.94-2008, SEC.29.
