The commission shall prescribe the form of the identification marker. The identification marker must:(1) enable the identification and tracking of the seller of beer;(2) be removable or reusable when the keg is returned to the wholesaler for refilling; and(3) contain other information that the commission requires.As added by P.L.63-2002, SEC.1.
