The commission may issue a temporary beer permit only to:(1) enable a fair, athletic event, barbecue, picnic, wedding reception, convention, exhibition, spectacle or contest to be publicly held and carried on; or(2) accommodate the institutional activities of an association, society, charitable or benevolent organization, or a branch of one (1) of these, or both.[Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-13.]Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.55, SEC.1.
