The commission may issue a supplemental caterer's permit only to a person who is, and continues to be, the holder of a three-way permit and who desires to sell, on a temporary basis only, alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption at locations other than the person's licensed premises.Formerly: Acts 1974, P.L.25, SEC.1.
