(a) It is unlawful for a person who is not a permittee to recklessly give away or furnish, to a person other than a guest or a member of the permittee's family, or to recklessly sell, barter, or exchange, an alcoholic beverage unless the permittee is expressly authorized to do so by this title.(b) A person who violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.[Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-32(5).]Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.55, SEC.1.
