(a) It is unlawful for the holder of a brewer's, distiller's, rectifier's, or a wholesaler's permit of any type to sell an alcoholic beverage to a person who does not hold an appropriate permit under this title, unless the sale is the sale of an alcoholic beverage to a consumer or employee as expressly authorized in this title.(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.[Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-33(v).]Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.55, SEC.1.
