'Flavoring' means a food grade additive or synthetic flavoring substance that is used to add flavor and that is not prohibited by the federal Food and Drug Administration as an additive in vapor products.As added by P.L.176-2015, SEC.9. Amended by P.L.206-2017, SEC.10.
