(b) The law relating to acquisition of electric utility property and to electricity suppliers' service area assignments shall be governed by IC 8-1-2.3 and IC 8-1-2-95.1, and nothing in this chapter modifies or abridges those provisions.As added by Acts 1982, P.L.74, SEC.1.
