If the municipal legislative body proceeds to construct or acquire the utility, there must be included in the total amount of money to be raised by the issuance of bonds in connection with the construction or acquisition of the utility the amount of the expenditures that will be repaid to the general fund of the municipality from the money derived from the issuance and sale of the bonds.As added by Acts 1982, P.L.74, SEC.1.
