The municipal legislative body may, by ordinance, authorize officers charged by law with custodial care, expenditure, and investment of utility money to invest or reinvest surplus money of a utility in the manner prescribed by IC 5-13-9.As added by Acts 1982, P.L.74, SEC.1.
