The acquisition, construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of facilities and land for water filtration and water service may be financed through proceeds from tax levies, proceeds of special taxing district bonds of the waterworks district, service rates, revenue bonds, or any other available funds.As added by Acts 1982, P.L.74, SEC.1.
