This chapter applies to each:(1) municipality; and(2) county that:(A) does not have a consolidated city; and(B) receives notification from the department of environmental management that the county will be subject to storm water regulation under 327 IAC 15-13;that adopts the provisions of this chapter by ordinance.As added by P.L.125-1987, SEC.1.
