As used in this chapter, 'regulatory ordinance' means an ordinance adopted by a municipality that:(1) asserts the exclusive authority of a municipal utility to provide service within a regulated territory; or(2) prohibits another utility from providing utility service in the regulated territory.As added by P.L.213-2014, SEC.7.
