As used in this chapter, 'water or wastewater utility' means:(1) a public utility that provides water service, wastewater service, or both water service and wastewater service to the public; or(2) a municipally owned utility that provides water service to less than eight thousand (8,000) customers.As added by P.L.126-2018, SEC.1.
