§ 8-1-1-4-1

Any expense incurred by the commission, either upon complaint against any public utility, or upon petition of any public utility shall be charged and paid in the manner provided in IC 8-1-2-70 or IC 8-1-6, whichever is appropriate under the circumstances.As added by Acts 1981, P.L.104, SEC.2.
