§ 8-1-13-24

Any person or legal entity adversely affected by any final decision, ruling, or order of the commission made pursuant to this chapter may appeal that decision, ruling, or order under the same appeal procedures as in IC 8-1-3.Formerly: Acts 1935, c.175, s.22.
