Any person adversely affected by any final decision, ruling, or order of:(1) the commission; or(2) a court with jurisdiction;under this chapter may appeal the decision, ruling, or order under the same appeal procedures set forth in IC 8-1-3.As added by P.L.18-2010, SEC.1.
