Personnel employed or appointed by a municipality or joint agency to work on a project shall have the same authority, rights, privileges and immunities which officers, agents and employees of municipalities enjoy, when they are acting within the scope of their authority or in the course of their employment.As added by Acts 1980, P.L.68, SEC.1.
