As used in this chapter, 'association' means an organization that is:(1) formed in Indiana to provide for mutual receipt of notice of excavation or demolition for the organization's members;(2) known as the Indiana Underground Plant Protection Service (or its successor organization); and(3) accessed by dialing the abbreviated dialing code 811, as designated by the Federal Communications Commission as the nationwide toll free number to be used by state One Call systems.As added by P.L.69-1990, SEC.2.
