As used in this chapter, 'mechanized equipment' means equipment operated by means of mechanical power, including:(1) trenchers;(2) bulldozers;(3) power shovels;(4) augers;(5) backhoes;(6) scrapers;(7) drills;(8) cable and pipe plows;(9) hydraulic excavators; and(10) other equipment that may cause damage to underground facilities.As added by P.L.69-1990, SEC.2.
