(b) If a public utility's environmental compliance plan is rejected by the commission, the public utility may voluntarily submit to the commission a modified plan intended to satisfy the requirements of section 8 of this chapter.(c) A modified plan submitted under subsection (b) shall be considered by the commission under sections 7 and 8 of this chapter.(d) A public utility may withdraw a proposed environmental compliance plan without prejudice.As added by P.L.76-1991, SEC.1.
