A public utility shall submit its environmental compliance plan or modified environmental compliance plan to any applicable state government environmental agency on or before the date that the public utility submits the plan to the commission under this chapter. If there is a conflict between the commission and a federal or state government environmental agency concerning the necessary components of a public utility's environmental compliance plan or modified environmental compliance plan, the determination by the government environmental agency shall control.As added by P.L.76-1991, SEC.2.
