For purposes of satisfying a system integrity collar, an eligible utility's cumulative excess or deficit shall be reset to zero (0) upon the effective date of the commission's order in the eligible utility's next general rate case proceeding after the commission approves a system integrity adjustment.As added by P.L.104-2016, SEC.3.
