If the plan is for a service enhancement improvement described in section 7(1)(A) of this chapter related to a requirement described in section 6(4) of this chapter, the eligible utility shall provide a copy of the unit or municipal corporation ordinance or other determination setting forth the requirement and shall provide the eligible utility's estimated cost to comply with the requirement. The commission shall review the reasonableness of the requirement under IC 8-1-2-101(a). Unless the commission finds the requirement to be unreasonable, the commission shall approve the plan for the service enhancement improvement. The unit or municipal corporation that has adopted the requirement shall be provided notice of the proceedings.As added by P.L.137-2020, SEC.15.
