An eligible utility's adjustment rider approved under sections 12 and 18 of this chapter shall be reset to zero (0) upon approval of new basic rates and charges for the eligible utility by the commission in a general rate case in which the eligible service additions are included in the eligible utility's rate base.As added by P.L.137-2020, SEC.15.
