§ 8-1-31-7-3

As used in this chapter, 'eligible utility' means:(1) a public utility;(2) a municipally owned utility; or(3) a not-for-profit utility;that provides water or wastewater service to the public and is under the jurisdiction of the commission for the approval of rates and charges.As added by P.L.137-2020, SEC.15.
