As used in this chapter, 'adjustment amount' means the amount proposed in a petition filed under section 8 of this chapter to allow the adjustment of an eligible utility's basic rates and charges to provide for recovery of infrastructure improvement costs.As added by P.L.209-2014, SEC.1.
