As used in this chapter, 'permit authority' means a unit, a board, a commission, or any other governing body that makes legislative or administrative decisions concerning the construction, installation, modification, or siting of wireless facilities or wireless support structures. The term does not include:(1) the Indiana department of transportation;(2) the Indiana finance authority;(3) the state or any of its agencies, departments, boards, commissions, authorities, or instrumentalities;(4) the director of the department of natural resources; or(5) a court or other judicial body that reviews decisions or rulings made by a permit authority.As added by P.L.145-2015, SEC.3.
