§ 8-1-32-4-9

As used in this chapter, 'provider of last resort' means a provider that:(1) holds a certificate of territorial authority issued by the commission; and(2) is required to offer local exchange service throughout a defined geographic area.As added by P.L.27-2006, SEC.54.
