As used in this chapter, 'gross revenue' means all consideration of any kind or nature, including cash, credits, property, and in kind contributions:(1) received by a holder from the operation of a video service system in a particular unit in Indiana; and(2) calculated by the holder under section 23 of this chapter.As added by P.L.27-2006, SEC.58.
