§ 8-1-34-8

As used in this chapter, 'local franchise' means an initial authorization, or a renewal of an authorization, that:(1) is issued by a unit before July 1, 2006; and(2) authorizes the construction or operation of a video service system in a designated service area in the unit.As added by P.L.27-2006, SEC.58.
