As used in this chapter, 'TDSIC plan', or plan, means a public utility's plan for eligible transmission, distribution, and storage system improvements over the course of a period of:(1) at least five (5) years; and(2) not more than seven (7) years.As added by P.L.89-2019, SEC.2.
