As used in this chapter, 'distributed energy resource aggregator' means a person that aggregates one (1) or more distributed energy resources for purposes of participating in one (1) or more of the capacity, energy, or ancillary service markets of a regional transmission organization.As added by P.L.71-2022, SEC.11.
