After an electricity supplier's initial rate for excess distributed generation is approved by the commission under section 17 of this chapter, the electricity supplier shall submit on an annual basis, not later than March 1 of each year, an updated rate for excess distributed generation in accordance with the methodology set forth in section 17 of this chapter.As added by P.L.264-2017, SEC.6.
