As used in this chapter, 'electric utility' means a public utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2-1(a)) that:(1) furnishes retail electric service to customers in Indiana; and(2) is under the jurisdiction of the commission for the approval of rates and charges.As added by P.L.94-2022, SEC.4.
