As used in this chapter, 'make-ready infrastructure' means the:(1) structures;(2) machinery;(3) equipment;(4) hardware;(5) software;(6) storage batteries; and(7) other capital investments;installed to connect charging infrastructure to an electric utility's distribution system, including any necessary upgrades to the electric utility's distribution system.As added by P.L.94-2022, SEC.4.
