As used in this chapter, 'public use electric vehicle pilot program', or 'pilot program', means a limited deployment of:(1) charging infrastructure; or(2) make-ready infrastructure;that is designed to evaluate the feasibility and design, including the associated costs and benefits, of a larger scale deployment of such infrastructure necessary to support public use electric vehicles.As added by P.L.94-2022, SEC.4.
