§ 8-1-8-9-7

As used in this chapter, 'qualified order' means a final and irrevocable order that:(1) is issued by the commission; and(2) approves a qualified contract adopted in accordance with this chapter and IC 8-1-2-42.1.As added by P.L.175-2007, SEC.21.
