(b) As used in this section, 'ports of Indiana' means the ports of Indiana established by section 3 of this chapter, as amended by P.L.98-2008.(c) After June 30, 2008, a reference to the Indiana port commission in a statute, a rule, or another document is considered a reference to the ports of Indiana, as the successor entity.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.197.
