The contract may include the following:(1) Provisions for payment by the authority to the department of all costs incurred by the department in the performance of the contracts, including all costs of construction, salaries, wages, and associated costs of department personnel attributable to performance of the contract.(2) Other terms and conditions that the authority and the department consider appropriate.As added by P.L.68-1988, SEC.12.
