The term includes all bridges, tunnels, overpasses, underpasses, highway railroad crossings, other public railroad crossings as determined by the department, interchanges, entrance plazas, approaches, buildings, and facilities that the department considers necessary for the operation of the highway, together with all property, rights, easements, and interests that are acquired by the department for the construction or reconstruction of the highway.As added by P.L.68-1988, SEC.11.
