As used in this chapter, 'local bridge' means a structure that:(1) is designed to carry vehicular traffic over or under an obstacle to the normal flow of traffic, including any grade separation, culvert, or approach to a bridge; and(2) is located on a public road in a county highway system that is not part of the federally aided highway system.As added by P.L.117-1989, SEC.1.
