There is annually appropriated two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) from the motor vehicle highway account to the department to develop and maintain a centralized electronic statewide asset management data base that may be used to aggregate data on local road conditions. The data base shall be developed in cooperation with the department and the office of management and budget.As added by P.L.218-2017, SEC.65. Amended by P.L.10-2019, SEC.43.
