Notwithstanding any other law, expenditures made from the local county road and bridge district construction fund are not subject to the provisions of the Geometric Design Guide for Local Roads and Streets.As added by Acts 1982, P.L.79, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.86-1988, SEC.16.
