The operator or any contractor or subcontractor of the operator engaged in the construction of a project is subject to:(1) the provisions of 25 IAC 5 concerning equal opportunities for minority business enterprises and women's business enterprises to participate in procurement and contracting processes or as required by federal law; and(2) the provisions that may be established by the authority in a public-private agreement with respect to awarding contracts to Indiana businesses (as defined in IC 5-22-15-20.5).As added by P.L.47-2006, SEC.39.
