Each freeway project or toll road project constructed or operated in the state of Indiana under this article may be determined by the department to be part of the state highway system designated under IC 8-23-4-2 for purposes of identification, maintenance standards, and enforcement of traffic laws.As added by P.L.47-2006, SEC.39.
