(b) Any action to contest the validity of user fees fixed under this chapter may not be brought after the fifteenth day following the effective date of a rule fixing the user fees adopted under subsection (a).As added by P.L.47-2006, SEC.39. Amended by P.L.140-2013, SEC.9; P.L.93-2024, SEC.83.
