(a) The traffic and motor vehicle laws of Indiana or, if applicable, any local jurisdiction apply to conduct on a qualifying project to the same extent as they apply to conduct on similar projects in Indiana or the local jurisdiction.(b) Punishment for infractions and offenses shall be as prescribed by law for conduct occurring on similar projects in Indiana or the local jurisdiction.As added by P.L.47-2006, SEC.40.
