An operator or a person who has an interest in an operator may not make a contribution to a candidate or a committee during the following periods:(1) The term during which the operator is a party to a public-private agreement entered into under this article.(2) The three (3) years following the final expiration or termination of the public-private agreement described in subdivision (1).As added by P.L.47-2006, SEC.40.
