The department may sell, transfer, and convey any real property, any interest in real property, or any part of real property (whether acquired by purchase, condemnation, or otherwise, and whether the land or interest had been public or private) when it is no longer needed for purposes of this chapter.As added by P.L.386-1987(ss), SEC.13.
